ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the representation dated 24.10.2016 submitted by the writ petitioner. 2/5

2. Perusal of the representation would reveal that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6.

3. The Revenue authorities cannot determine the civil rights of the parties regarding the immovable properties. Such disputes are to be resolved only through the competent Civil Court of law. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court of law, if any grievances exists as of now.
