favour of the 4th respondent being the petitioner also one of the co-owner of the said property.

ORDER

The petitioner has chosen to withdraw the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the case bundle to this effect as follows:- "The Writ petitioner may be permitted to withdraw, as the respondents converted the land from agriculture to commercial land, pending Writ petition. Therefore liberty may be given to challenge the said proceedings".
