Prayer:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to implement the proceeding of the second respondent made in Letter No.Uo2/ 3454/19, dated 24.07.2019 and the third respondent to disburse the 100% of the Craft Insurance amount of cultivated the petitioner agricultural land within stipulated time may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to implement the proceeding of the second respondent made in Letter No.Uo2/ 3454/19, dated 24.07.2019 and to disburse 100% of Craft Insurance amount to the petitioner.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a farmer and he insured Crop Insurance with the second respondent and the second 2/4

respondent also passed order in favour of the petitioner on 24.07.2019, however, that order was not implemented by the third respondent. Hence, this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the third respondent to implement the order of the second respondent dated 24.07.2019, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to implement the order of the second respondent dated 24.07.2019, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
