2. We have heard Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondent No.1, Mr.K.Satish Kumar, learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Mr.P.R.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.4

3. The learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that Shop No.463 is closed down on 20.12.2019.

4. In light of that, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
