This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.298/2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Tirukovilur.

2. It was brought to the notice of this Court that the trial has already commenced and the case is now at the stage of examination of L.Ws.4 to 7. In view of the same, the quash petition cannot be entertained by this Court.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Sub Court, Thirukovilur, to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.298 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is left open to the petitioners to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the same will be dealt with on its own merits and in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
