ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking leave to file the review application, in order to review the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6891 of 2021 dated 21.06.2023.

2. This Court ordered notice to the respondents and the contesting respondents are represented through counsel.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 & 4 submitted that the order passed by this Court, has been complied with by the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent has passed final orders through proceedings dated 24.06.2025. A copy of the proceedings was also placed before this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when final orders were passed by this Court in the writ petition, the writ petitioner did not bring to the notice of this Court several material facts and hence the petitioner is prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.

5. In the considered view of this Court, the order passed by this Court has been acted upon and the Sub Collector, Ponneri has already passed final orders through proceedings dated 24.06.2025. Hence, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the review application pending. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Sub Collector, Ponneri dated 24.06.2025, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed by this Court in this petition.

6. This petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, Rev.Aplw.SR.No.145985 of 2025 stands closed.
