ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent-authorities to rectify the mistake by removing the name of the fourth respondent and include the name of the petitioner in the online patta by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2023 and reminder representation dated 01.11.2023 within such time as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. This petition is filed for issuance of simple Writ of Mandamus. Though the notice was served on the fourth respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him and none appears for him. The official respondents 1 to 3 have also not filed counter affidavit, which shows that so far, they have not considered the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.08.2023 and the reminder representation, dated 01.11.2023.

3. The third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and 2 / 4

the fourth respondent herein / rival claimants, if any / interested parties, if any / adjacent owner, if any and objector, if any, as the case may be, and after giving notice to those parties, the respondent 1 to 3 are directed to conduct enquiry in the manner known to law and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months, by disposing of the said representation, dated 07.08.2023 and the reminder representation, dated 01.11.2023.

4. With the above observations and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
