This petition is filed to amend the respondent police in the cause title as The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Ranipet District, which is the correct investigating agency, instead of The Inspector of Police, Thimiri Police Station, Ranipet District.

2.In view of that particular fact, this petition stands allowed. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the petition.
