ORDER

The petitioner has so far deposited Rs.3,50,000/- Lakhs to the credit of CC.No.24 of 2019.

2.The respondent is permitted to withdraw the same by filing an affidavit of undertaking before the trial Court that in case the petitioner succeeds in the Revision, he shall refund the same.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the petitioner shall deposit the balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of CC.No.24 of 2019 before the Trial Court, within a period of six weeks.

4.List the case for hearing on 16.03.2026 for reporting compliance. 5.In the meanwhile, the sentence imposed by the Courts below shall stand suspended on the petitioner executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two
