ORDER
The petitioner seeks extension of time to vacate and handover the vacant possession by end of June, 2026. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner have restricts prayer to 31.12.2025.
2. Mr.Jayaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, vehemently opposes the request of extension of time stating that this is the third affidavit filed seeking extension of time. In fact, from the latest order dated 10.06.2025, it is made clear that no further time would be granted by way of extension and that if there is any deviation from the undertaking to vacate by 10.09.2025, contempt proceedings can also be initiated. However, learned counsel for the respondents fairly stated that the petitioners are willing to give time till 31.10.2025.

I am not inclined to entertain this application since this is the third application and this Court has made it abundantly clear that no further extension would be granted beyond 10.09.2025. Therefore, the said order cannot be disrespected or watered down by subsequent order.

In view of the concession shown by the respondents counsel, the petitioner shall vacate and handover the vacant possession on 31.10.2025.

C.M.P.No. 22451 of 2025 is partly allowed.
