This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 5 days in preferring the revision against the fair order dated 09.10.2023 passed by the learned VII Small Causes Court in RCA.No.29 of 2018 confirming the order dated 29.06.2017 passed by the learned XVI Small Causes Court, Chennai in RCOP.No.1960 of 2013.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to vacate the premises and seeks time for filing undertaking before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for either side, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
