There is a delay of 2 days in filing the appeal against the order impugned.

Respondent no.2 is served and learned counsel has entered appearance. He submits that connected appeal being W.A.No.2697 of 2019 is pending and the present appeal may also be tagged along with the said appeal.

In view of the above submission, the delay is condoned and the petition stands allowed.
