ORDER

The Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 12.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15539 of 2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 12.08.2022 has directed the second respondent to remove the encroachment made in S.F.No.341/9, which is classified as 'Malaiporamboke' within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said order, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the encroachment made in the aforesaid survey number was removed.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the present review application.
