This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners namely i)M.Jagannathan, ii) Nirmala Devi, iii) Indhira Gandhi, iv) Jagatheesan in the place of the deceased R.Beaullah Gnanammal as respondents 9 to 12.

Heard Mr.V.Karthikeyan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Jotheeswaran, learned counsel for first respondent and Mr.N.Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader for second and third respondents.

3. The learned counsel for respondents does not oppose the relief sought for in this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered.
