This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.5 (b) upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17577 of 2023 by an order dated on 11.08.2023 on the condition that the petitioner have been directed to appear before the Magalir Neethi Mandram (FTMC), Villupuram, on all working days.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., before the Trial Court apart from the Court hearing dates.
