This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 23.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18760 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., before the Special Court for Exclusively Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram till the examination in chief and cross examination of the victim child and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.
