This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 30.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7134 of 2023 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and it is made clear that the petitioner does not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
