O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the fifth respondent to return the petitioner's original certificates and documents collected by the fifth respondent while admitting the petitioner to the post graduate degree course along with her Post Graduate degree certificate.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Doctor, who has completed her MD General Medicine from the fifth respondent College in the year 2024. Even though, the petitioner has been issued with a posting order, dated 28/7/2024, on the very next day, second respondent had cancelled the same and they have retained the certificates of the petitioner for more than six months even after the completion of the Post Graduate Page No:2/4

course. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard Ms.Amritha Sathyajith, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Sneha, learned Special counsel for the respondents.

4. The learned Special counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had completed the course in the fifth respondent College and hence, there is no need to retain the certificates of the petitioner and assured that fifth respondent College will return all the certificates of the petitioner.

5. Submission of the learned Special counsel is recorded.

6. In such a view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19/12/2024 mvs.
