Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017 for necessary steps to remove the stagnant drainage water in front of the Petitioner's residence from Revithipuram 6th Street Iyyanseri, Oorapakkam, Kancheepuram District and also prevent the drainage comes from Revathipuram 7th Street and construct proper drainage system. 1/4
