This writ petition has been filed to direct the fifth respondent to return the petitioner's original certificates and documents collected by the fifth respondent while admitting the petitioner to the post graduate degree course along with her Post Graduate degree certificate.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Doctor, who has completed her MS Obstetrics and Gynecology from the fifth respondent Page No:2/4

College in the year 2022. Till now, the petitioner has not been issued with a posting order. Hence, made a representation dated 14/10/2024 to the respondents 2 and 5 to return the original certificates. Since there was no response, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of a writ petition.

3. Heard Ms.Amritha Sathyajith, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Sneha, learned Special counsel for the respondents.

4. The learned Special counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that fifth respondent College has returned all the certificates of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also acceded to the same.

5. In such a view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19/12/2024 mvs.
