CMP Nos.19160 to 19162 of 2017 in A.817No.21314 of 2009 P.T.ASHA, J The above applications have been filed to condone the delay of 410 days in filing the set aside abatement petition in respect of the death of the 2nd petitioners husband and to set aside the abatement petition in respect of the death of the second petitioners husband and to bring the petitioners 2 to 4 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased appellant herein namely Thilagar and implead the petitioners 2 to 4 as the appellants 2 to 4 in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection to the applications being allowed.

Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and accordingly, these applications are allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to list the main appeal along with A.S.Nos.709, 714, 715, 716, 801 & 817 of 2009 on 28.09.2021. 17.09.2021 vkr/gd 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
