ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.29516 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.

2. It is informed that the orders of this Court has been complied with inasmuch as an intimation has been sent by the Pension Pay 2/6

Officer to the petitioner, stating as follows:- "This is to inform you that, your pension payment order has been received by this office from Accountant General, Chennai -18 to make pension payment. Hence you are requested to appear on receipt of this letter, in person before pension pay officer, Chennai - 35 before 1p.m, with the following documents for first pension payment on any working day (Monday to Friday) before 20 th of the month. In case of receiving this call letter after 20 th you are requested to come before 20 th of the next month."

3. It is for the petitioner to appear before the Pension Pay Officer with the relevant documents and on her submitting the documents, the payments shall be disbursed.
