These petitions are taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners made a submission that in the order dated 08.10.2020, it was mentioned in paragraph Nos. 6 & 7 as the Additional District Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruppur. He would further submit that there is no Court in the name of Additional District Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruppur and therefore he prayed necessary correction in the said order.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Registry is directed to delete the word "Mahila Court" in paragraph Nos. 6 & 7, in the order dated 08.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33588 and 33591 of 2019 and issue order copy afresh. 03.12.2020 Note :- Issue order copy on or before 07.12.2020 rts http://www.judis.nic.in
