Dispute between landlord and tenant. Petitioner herein has given a complaint to the respondent police under various provision of law and not satisfied with the process of investigation, present petition is filed to transfer the Investigating Officer / 3rd respondent and direct the Deputy Commissioner of Police to investigate.

2. On perusing the complaint and other materials, this Court finds that, land lord tenant dispute has been given criminal colour. Infact, petitioner has also given a similar complaint to the National Commission for Scheduled Caste. Pursuant to that, Deputy Commissioner of Police has investigated the matter and closed it.

3. In the light of the above facts, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 12.12.2023 Index : Yes/No Sma 2/4
