This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday Morning at 10.30 a.m., afternoon at 2.00 p.m., and evening at 6.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police everyday once for a period of 15 days and thereafter once in a week until further orders.
