O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for a modification of the bail condition imposed on 25.11.2019, in Crl.M.P.No.25192 of 2019 by the Court of Sessions, Chennai.

2. In paragraph 6 of the Impugned order of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.12482 of 2019, it is stated that an undertaking was given on behalf of the accused that he would deposit Rs.60,000/-.

3. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner was in judicial custody and he was not instructed to file any such memo nor he has given any undertaking to deposit Rs.60,000/-.

4. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the said undertaking, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Magistrate who had heard the petitioner and granted bail.
