This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month until further orders in Crl.A.No.554 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023. 2.This Court, by order dated 12.06.2023 granted bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month until further orders.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that in this case investigation completed, charge sheet filed and the same is taken on file in S.C.No.213 of 2023. The petitioner also received copies and diligently defending the case.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court diligently. Further submitted that in this case investigation completed, charge sheet filed and the same is taken on file in S.C.No.213 of 2023.

Crl.M.P.No.77 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.554 of 2023 rsi 5.The third respondent/de-facto complainant, who had been served with the notice, is present before this Court and submitted that he has got no serious objection for the condition to be relaxed. His only apprehension is that the petitioner should not delay the trial by filing petitions. 6.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner will appear before the trial Court on the hearing dates either personally or through his counsel and the petitioner would not be a cause for any delay in any manner.

7.Considering the submission made on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month is relaxed.
