Comp.A.No.653 of 2023 in Ç.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the applicant seeks a condonation of delay of 2141 days in filing the claim application.

2. Although the delay is substantial, by taking into consideration the fact that an advertisement has been issued inviting fresh claims and the liquidation process is on-going, this application is allowed subject to the condition that the claim form be re-submitted within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
