Crl.R.C.No.1427 of 2019 Crl.R.C.No.1427 of 2019 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J, As per the letter of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyattam his letter in Dis.No.1840 of 2023 dated 11.10.2023, who is holding Full Additional Charge of the Court the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyattam sought two months time to complete the trial in M.C.No.21 of 2017. Considering the fact that the learned District Munsif, Gudiyattam has taken over the Full Additional Charge of the Court on 03.07.2023, the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyattam is granted two months time. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyattam is directed to conclude the recording of evidence within a period of one month on day to day basis without granting unnecessary adjournments and after concluding the evidence to dispose off the case within two months.
