O R D E R

The relief sought in the writ petition is to quash the order dated 23.05.2017 passed by the 1st respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that a civil suit has already been instituted in O.S.No.224 of 2015 for the relief of declaration, which was dismissed for default and subsequently, an Interlocutory Application was filed to restore the suit and to adjudicate the issues on merits.

3. This being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to submit an appropriate application before the revenue authorities for disposal of civil litigations pending before the competent civil court of law.
