Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that enquiry on the appeal, filed by the Petitioner, has been fixed at 21.01.2020 at 11.00 a.m, before the Second Respondent and that notice would be issued to all parties concerned including the Petitioner. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case and after affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, each of the contentions raised by the respective parties shall be duly considered and reasoned orders shall be passed on merits in accordance with law, and the decision taken shall be communicated to them under written acknowledgment. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
