This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.383 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police as against the petitioner and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.383 of 2024, charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur and the same was taken on file as STC No.3462 of 2024 and the next hearing date is fixed on 21.01.2025.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
