Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 25.06.2019 filed by the petitioner before the first respondent's office registered in E.2, 5253/2019 in relation to the property admeasuring an extent of 6386 sq.ft. in survey Nos.77/1 (T.S.No.2) and 77/2 (T.S.No.3) vide registered sale deed in document No.45/1980 dated 14.01.1980, on the file of Alandur Sub Registrar Office, Chennai and situated at Alandur Taluk, Adambakkam Village, Thillai Ganga Nagar 2nd Main Road, Chennai, bearing Old Door No.6/21 within a fixed time frame by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 25.06.2019 filed by the petitioner before the first respondent's office registered in E.2, 5253/2019 in relation to the property admeasuring an extent of 6386 sq.ft. in survey Nos.77/1 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(T.S.No.2) and 77/2 (T.S.No.3) vide registered sale deed in document No.45/1980 dated 14.01.1980, on the file of Alandur Sub Registrar Office, Chennai and situated at Alandur Taluk, Adambakkam Village, Thillai Ganga Nagar 2nd Main Road, Chennai, bearing Old Door No.6/21 within a fixed time frame by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Venkatesulu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, and Mr.E.Om Prakash, Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3.

3. On perusal of the status report filed by the first respondent, revealed that already notice was issued to both the parties i.e. the petitioner and the respondents 2 & 3 and they also entered their appearance in respect of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 25.06.2019.

4. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to pass orders after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 2 & 3 herein on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
