The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 118(1), 1/4

351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that earlier a petition was given to the respondent police alleging family dispute, which was enquired in C.S.R. No. 2319 of 2023 and closed on 21.11.2023.

3. Further, the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that after closure, the complainant filed a private complaint before the concerned Magistrate, which was taken on file in Crl.M.P.No.724 of 2025, in which the Magistrate has issued notice to this petitioner to appear on 30.09.2025.

4. On considering the above facts, this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall participate in the enquiry before the District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate and work out the remedy before the concerned Magistrate. Since there is no apprehension of arrest by the respondent police. 2/4
