2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, based on the complaint, enquiry to be conducted. Petitioner if provides the necessary details, police can make attempt to trace the missing documents and if not traceable, necessary certificates will be given following guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Police.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to provide the necessary details to the respondent police and in receipt of the same, the respondent police shall act in accordance with law.
