Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent/State submitted that the petitioners were already granted 1/6

anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21431 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 329(4), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1). 351(2) of BNS Act, in Crime No. 883 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, 2.In the light of the above submissions made by him, there is no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
