Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2019 for appointment on compassionate grounds.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner seeking for compassionate appointment.
2. The case of the petitioner is that her husband was working as Panchayat Secretary under the second respondent. He died on 05.06.2013 in an accident. It is the claim of the petitioner that she was given employment on compassionate 1/3
grounds by the Irunkattukottai Panchayat by a resolution dated 17.06.2013. However, she was stopped from coming to work on the ground that she had not completed +2 (Higher Secondary). The petitioner claims that she has completed the course and she had made a representation to the respondents to consider her claim for compassionate appointment.
Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
3. Heard Mr.T.S.N.Prabhakaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mrs. K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 09.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the second respondent along with a copy of the representation dated 09.11.2019 and a copy of this order.
5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
