ORDER
The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 06.11.2019 seeking planning permission to construct the residential building in the property comprised in Old Survey No.542/A2, New Natham Survey Nos.1205/23 and 1205/24 situated at Door No.9/22, Mettupalayam (P.O), Vellakovil, Tirupur District. 2.According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to her by way of settlement deed executed by her mother Saroja vide document no.3199/2019 dated 04.09.2019 on the file of SRO, Vellakovil. of the same. While so, she decided to construct a new house in the said property, for which, she made an application on 06.11.2019 along with all the required documents, to the respondents for planning permission. However, the said application was not considered. Hence, this writ petition. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4.Considering the limited relief sought herein, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 06.11.2019 for planning permission, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
