ORDER

It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that pursuant to the impugned charge memo dated 19.05.2017 issued by the second respondent, final orders have been passed by the respondents on 24.09.2021 by imposing a punishment of "stoppage of increment for a period of one year without cumulative effect" on the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition has now become infructuous.

2. After recording the fact that G.O.(2D) No.42 of the Commercial Taxes and Registration (E2) Department dated 24.09.2021 has been issued imposing the punishment on the petitioner pursuant to the impugned charge memo dated 19.05.2017, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
