This matter is listed today under the caption 'for clarification'. I had vide order dated 29.07.2020 permitted the petitioner to file an appeal and stay petition before the first appellate authority within a period of four weeks from date of that order.

2. Today, some difficulty is expressed by the petitioner on account of the ongoing pandemic and an extension of time sought for filing the appeal and stay petition.

3. Ms. G.Dhanamadhri, learned Government Advocate appearing for the revenue raises no objection in regard to the extension sought.

4. Bearing in mind the submissions made, time is extended by eight (8) weeks from today for filing of appeal and stay petition as permitted in order dated 29.07.2020.
