This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.26375 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 29 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26375 of 2024 on 24.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
