The petitioner also contends that an appeal has been filed before the 1st respondent challenging the order passed by the District Registrar, Chennai dated 04.08.2017, against which she is aggrieved. She also seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on her appeal dated 23.09.2017 filed by her in pursuance of circular No.41530/UI/2017 dated 20.10.2017, seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to cancel document bearing No.7657 of 2016, Power of Attorney alleged to be fradulently executed by the respondents 6 to 8.

4.Seeing as both the representation as well as the appeal relate to resolution of same dispute, I am of the view that it would suffice if the District Registrar, the 4th respondent, takes up representation dated 24.10.2017 for disposal, after
affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and pass orders after hearing them in full, within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to make her submissions in regard to documents bearing Nos.7462 and 7463 of 2017, two Powers of Attorney both dated 10.11.2017, in addition to the dispute raised in regard to the documents set out in the representation dated 24.10.2017.
