This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/s that he/she shall report before the Inspector of Police, Komarapalayam Police Station, Namakkal District daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25480 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal.

3.The condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.25480 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Komarapalayam Police Station, Namakkal District daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal, on the second working day of January 2025 and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
