This petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.20196 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024 to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Virudhachalam to execute the bail bond.

Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from today. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stands automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
