This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.8(a) by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25572 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation completed and final report filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
