The writ petitioner died on 12.04.2018 and present petition has been filed by the legal heir to substitute herself as legal heir on record in the place of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main writ petition.
