This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.25433 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 24 days and the investigation is pending.

3.The condition imposed on the 1st Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25433 of 2024 on 18.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the 1st Petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders. The condition No.7(a) imposed on the 2nd petitioner is relaxed.
