ORDER

This Court by its order dated 06.01.2026 recorded a statement made by the petitioner's counsel as if the petitioner is ready to pay a sum of Rs.6,12,400/-. Accordingly, this Court directed the petitioner to pay the dsmr. However, the said amount of Rs.6,12,400/- was not paid to the third respondent, till date.

Since, the aforesaid order was not complied by the petitioner, these writ miscellaneous petitions are dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the respondents to recover the said amount from the petitioner in the manner know to law.
