Crl.M.P.No.19487 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.59928 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the above revision. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent police has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Mr.B.Ajith Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has got no objection in allowing this petition. He submitted that the issue between the petitioner and the respondent has been settled and the cheque amount has been paid to the satisfaction. He has also filed a joint compromise deed in support of his contention.

4.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
