2. There is no objection on the side of the respondents in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicants/defendants 1 & 2 to mark the documents as listed in the Judges summons, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.
